Before you make an appointment, please read the following terms and conditions:
- Please use your corporate email account when scheduling your appointment.
- After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and the link to access the Telepsychology Platform (Virtual Clinic). Please visit this link on the date and time of your appointment.
- All EAP Sessions are subject to the availability of slots.
- We will collect personal information such as your name and contact information for the purposes of scheduling your appointment.
- You can cancel or reschedule the session AT LEAST 10 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel, change, or notify the Center will result to the session being marked ‘Did Not Appear’ and will be billed accordingly.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments, subject to the provisions of the Service Contract with your Company/Employer.
