Psychometrician

The Psychometrician is responsible for administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests as part of psychological assessment services. The Psychometrician is also responsible for monitoring and organizing the test inventory, preparing reports, and assisting the psychologists and other mental health staff in assessment-related tasks. Likewise, the Psychometrician records test results and ensure adherence to testing and data collection protocols, including behavioral observations.

Mental Health Clinician

The Mental Health Clinician (MHC) conducts intake assessments and consultations for a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who present mental health concerns and personal or work-related problems or issues. The Mental Health Clinician also assist clients with their concerns through psychological or emotional first aid, brief psychosocial support, and mental health coaching. The Mental Health Clinician also advocates for mental health services by orienting and educating the clients and their families of the services of the Clinic and referring and facilitating their engagement of the various psychological services. They work in direct supervision with the Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists in the Clinic.

Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associatesupports the Company’s team in the various aspects of business development to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of the Company’s services to its clients. The Business Development Associate will help drive our sales and grow the business. They will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them, while maintaining existing relationships with our community. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. They will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.

Clinic Assistant

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for performing daily clinical administrative duties in support of the mental health providers such as psychologists, mental health clinicians, and psychometricians.

Duties, roles, and responsibilities include coordinating with patients, updating of patient mental health records, updating of clinic records and test inventory, preparing operations report, relating with corporate clients, and assisting the mental health team in other clerical and administrative tasks related to the services of Argao Psych.

The Clinic Assistant is expected to adhere to ethical and professional standards in psychology, particularly maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for overseeing the Company’s interaction with its community and the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms, creating engaging content for the Company’s social media presence, and managing the Company’s digital assets. Duties, roles, and responsibilities include scheduling and confirming patient’s consultations, therapy and assessment sessions; updating of patient mental health records and billing records; administering intake forms; responding to inquiries and handles communications via phone or social media; updating of clinic records and test inventory; and, follow-up of client sessions.

Human Resource Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant performs clerical tasks, technical support, and administrative services to support the effective and efficient operations of the Company’s Human Resources Office. They will be involved in various human resources services such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, progressive discipline, and conflict management. They will serve as internal liaison between the management and employees, as well as external liaison with the Company and benefit vendors, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
