For first-time clients, please select In-Clinic Consultation or Online Consultation.
All online sessions require full payment prior to the start of service. We require payment within 12 hours from booking.
We will collect personal information such as your name and contact information for the purposes of confirming your appointment. You will receive an email confirming your appointment and the instructions for payment.
You can cancel or reschedule the session AT LEAST 10 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will lead to the session being charged in full.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments.
